The Confidant Service Plan starts at $55 per machine per month. The exact cost depends on how many computers and servers you have and what they need, and a free IT assessment gives you a firm quote with no obligation.
What affects the price of managed IT?
Mainly the number of computers we look after, plus any servers, network equipment, backup and security needs, and how much on-site work your business requires.
Can I get help without a service plan?
Yes. On-demand IT support is available when something breaks or you have a one-off project, with no service plan required. Call us or send a request.
Is the IT assessment really free?
Yes. It's a $0 evaluation of your site's IT infrastructure with no obligation. You'll get our findings and an exact quote.
How much does data recovery cost?
Data recovery is priced in tiers: $200 for filesystem corruption and deleted files, $350 plus parts for PCB failure and some firmware or electronics repairs, and $400 to $900 plus parts for head replacement, clean-room recovery and complex electronics repair. If we cannot recover your data, you pay nothing.
